LegacyAI allows older Apple computers to interact with AI services like OpenAI's ChatGPT.
LegacyAI works across 15 different Mac systems, from System 7 to 10.11 (El Capitan). A proxy server can also be configured to fully customise your experience. LegacyAI has allowed Macintosh computers from 1988 and onwards to communicate with ChatGPT, even before iOS had an official app for it.

If you'd like to support the project with a small monthly donation, you can sign up to a subscription.
Security
Mac OS 7/8/9 was built before HTTPS was a standard protocol used for transferring information over the internet. This means that any transmissions you make on an older Macintosh are insecure. In order to enable Mac OS 7 - 9 usage, LegacyAI does not transmit information over HTTPS. Please ensure you understand this and do not use LegacyAI for sensitive subjects.
